I’m Karynes Tortolero, a licensed Realtor® in Florida since 2016, strategic real estate investment advisor, and founder of Aurix Multi-Solution LLC.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with first-time buyers, investors, listings, rentals, and property management.

 

I’ve also experienced the real estate journey firsthand as an out-of-state investor — a perspective that allows me to guide my clients not just as an agent, but as a fellow investor.

 

After taking time for maternity leave and relocation, I’ve returned with a clear mission:
